The Administrative Management Module supports the full administrative oversight within the system and lays the foundation in getting the most benefit from the other modules. Multiple publisher clients can be setup with the ability to create and manage publishing projects through their own dashboard, view their publication projects, and monitor and manage roles and access points associated with each, with fully customizable dashboards and reporting mechanisms that can be viewed and run in real-time

Global Accounts
Can manage different internal resources and access points for publisher clients. Upon login there is a full dashboard of all publisher clients with links to their subscription information including the modules they are subscribed to. There is a clear breakdown of the total number of overall users of the system, the total number of publishers, as well as the total number of current demo/trial requests. Those logged in as a global admin can manage all aspects of the publisher’s workflow in the system, including setting them up with custom forms and workflows. Default settings can be controlled so that different users default to specific login pages/viewpoints.
Publisher and User Accounts
Multiple publisher clients can be setup with the ability to manage different internal resources and access points for general users (authors, editors, etc.) They can create new projects and workflows for each publication project. As soon as the publisher account user logs into the system they will have access to their dashboard which provides a full overview of the total number of users, as well as a breakdown of active and inactive users. There is also an overview of the books, journals, and other various projects in process. Publishers can toggle between different product types (books, journals, project proposals, other special projects) on the same navigation page.
Dashboards
Publisher pages can be customized with logos, instruction, and ads. Additionally, login pages can be created on the publication level as well where users will see the full branding and navigation unique to the specific book or journal.
Billing Management
General users will see a dashboard of their projects upon login and can toggle between publishers, making it easy to manage numerous projects they may have in process with different publishers all over the globe. They can filter by publication type and publisher, making it easy to manage their workloads on a publisher-by-publisher basis.
Power BI Reports
Upon login, dashboards can be customized and presented to suit users on the global admin level, publisher level, and author, editor, contributor, reviewer, and publication level. Users can see critical stats, allowing them to hone-in on where attention is urgently needed on different projects. Notifications align with the dashboards letting users know what actions currently require attention.
Storefront
The billing management module allows for a multitude of e-commerce transactions including the ability for global admins to manage trials (with custom start and end dates), as well as to manage, invoice, and collect payment for publisher subscriptions to the eEditorial Discovery System. Subscriptions and trials can be managed and monitored by the publisher, allowing them to start or end a subscription, and/or add modules to their subscription at any time.
