The Contracting Management Module provides an interface to be able to easily generate, customize, and manage contract, permission, and all other essential agreements for publication projects. Timelines can be integrated into contract agreements on high levels or extremely granular levels, at the publisher’s choosing. All contracts are stored in one place and carry through with the publication project. Crucial in a time when it’s imperative to be able to easily recall terms of contract agreements and ensure the highest level of accountability, ethicality, and legality.

Following the acceptance of a proposed project, publishers can create, customize (which includes setting incremental deadlines), and execute publishing contract agreements and contract addendums. This also includes an integrated approval process for contract template creation. All changes to contracts are tracked in the system and a communication system allows for reminders to be sent for any unsigned contracts.
Custom Workflows & API Integrations
If the provided workflow is not conducive to a publisher’s needs then they can take advantage of custom workflows that can be adapted to suit their specific acquisitions workflow, whether that includes additional communication tracking, integrating sales reports for market analysis, integrating additional imprints or divisions of the publishing house, or a multitude of other options.
Custom Forms
If the provided proposal form templates are not conducive to a publisher’s needs then they can take advantage of the custom form application to create custom forms that can cater to a variety of publication project proposal types.
Dashboards
Upon login dashboards can be viewed to review status updates on project proposals under consideration. Dashboards can be customized to present critical status information that the publisher’s commissioning or acquisitions team needs to facilitate project approval.
